The KKTV, Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado and Mobile Record Shredders shred event, held on Friday, May 7th, in downtown Colorado Springs, was a huge success. About 350 consumers took advantage of the free shred event, with about 20,000 lbs. (10 tons) of paper being shredded on-site. Consumers also donated 1,052 lbs. of food items for Care and Share, a local food bank.
