Community recycling event to be held on Saturday, October 8th, from 8 am to 3 pm at Vision Recycled Aggregate, 195 Vision Lane in Pueblo. Mobile Record Shredders will be on hand from 9 am to 12 noon to accept paper; no shredding will be done on-site and paper will be transported to their warehouse and shredded at their facility.
Other items that consumers can bring to the event to have recycled include: electronics, cardboard, lumber, wood, brick, asphalt, concrete, metal, paint, batteries, light bulbs, plastic bottles and fresh grass. All recycling is free or at reduced rates and all donations to benefit PAWS for Life.
